Privacy policy

This policy explains how Akademia Padla Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data and uses cookies, in line with the GDPR. Data is stored on secured servers.

The Polish version of this policy is the legally binding one. This translation is provided for convenience.

1. General provisions

  1. The data controller is Akademia Padla Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rosnowo (62-052), ul. Sadowa 22, KRS 0001073008, REGON 527110210, NIP 7773416657. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data is stored on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Club Terms and Conditions applies, or as described in this Privacy Policy.
  3. For easier reading of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You” and “Administrator” with “We”. “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose we use, among other measures, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in a form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.

2. Data controller

  1. The service provider is the controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you hold an Account on our website, we process data such as: first name, surname, email address, phone number, position, place of work and IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the controller of the data of people subscribed to the newsletter and registered for webinars.
  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with data-protection regulations and this Privacy Policy: to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend or terminate the Agreement and to correctly deliver services provided electronically; to fulfil our legitimate interests without violating your rights and freedoms; and in line with the consent you gave when subscribing to the newsletter or registering for a webinar.
  4. Every data subject (where we are the controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  5. You can contact the person supervising the processing of personal data by email at biuro@akademiapadla.com.pl. We reserve the right to process your data after the Agreement ends or consent is withdrawn only to pursue possible claims before a court, or where national, EU or international law requires us to retain the data.
  6. The service provider may disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorised under applicable law (e.g. law-enforcement authorities).
  7. Deletion of personal data may follow from the withdrawal of consent or a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The service provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorised under applicable law.
  9. We have implemented pseudonymisation and data encryption and have access control in place, which minimises the effects of any potential data-security breach.
  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

3. Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies — small text files sent by the web server and stored by your browser. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognises the type of device you are using; the parameters can be read only by the server that created them, which makes previously visited sites easier to use. The information collected concerns the IP address, browser type, language, operating system, internet service provider, time and date, location, and information sent via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor how users use our sites so we can improve the service and ensure smoother navigation. We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation), which records user behaviour on the site. Cookies identify the user, allowing site content to be adapted to their needs and preferences. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience, and the collected data is used only internally for optimisation.
  3. We use the following cookies: “essential” cookies enabling use of the services available on the site (e.g. authentication cookies for services requiring sign-in); security cookies (e.g. to detect abuse in authentication); “performance” cookies that collect information about how the site is used; “functional” cookies that remember settings you selected and personalise the interface (e.g. language or region, font size, appearance); and “advertising” cookies that help deliver content more tailored to your interests.

  5. Additional personal data, such as your email address, is collected only where you explicitly consent by submitting a form, and is stored and used solely for the purpose of performing that function.
