Club terms and conditions

These terms define the rules of using the services of Akademia Padla Sp. z o.o., ul. Sadowa 22, 62-052 Rosnowo, NIP 7773416657.

The Polish version of these terms is the legally binding one. This translation is provided for convenience.

1. General rules

  1. Everyone using the club must read these terms and follow them; not reading them does not exempt anyone from responsibility for violations.
  2. The club may amend these terms; the current version is available in the club and at akademiapadla.com.pl.
  3. Matters not covered by these terms are decided by the club's Managing Director.
  4. Children under 12 may stay on club premises only under the care of parents or adult guardians who are club clients and who are fully responsible for the children following these terms.
  5. Instructions of club staff and coaches must always be followed, and polite behaviour is required on club premises.
  6. Smoking, bringing or consuming alcohol, and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
  7. The club is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises, in particular in changing rooms or by the courts.

2. Opening hours

  1. The club is open 8:00–23:00 daily, all year round; holiday hours are announced in the club and on the website.
  2. Clients may enter up to 10 minutes before opening. After the club closes at 23:00 all clients must leave the premises immediately; no extended or additional time is granted.

3. Court rules

  1. The club's offer may be used by persons with no medical contraindications; players should know the rules of the game before entering the court.
  2. Rackets and balls can be rented; the renter is responsible for the equipment and must check its condition at rental. Mechanical damage found on return is charged at the full equipment value.
  3. Courts may be entered only in clean sports shoes suitable for artificial surfaces; staff may refuse access otherwise, without refund of the booking fee.
  4. A warm-up before play is recommended. The club is not liable for injuries resulting from play or from ignoring safety rules.

4. Bookings

  1. Court use requires paying the booking fee. A one-hour booking means 60 minutes counted from the full hour; longer bookings are counted in 30-minute steps (90, 120, 150 minutes, etc.).
  2. Play may be extended by up to 10 minutes only if the court has not been rented to another client and never beyond the club's closing time; a longer extension counts as renting the next hour at the current price list.
  3. Bookings and changes are made via the website, the mobile app (after registration) or in person at reception; an online booking is valid once paid.
  4. Bookings paid remotely are not subject to the right of withdrawal from a distance contract (art. 38 pt 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  5. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked slot (by phone, in person, app, contact form or email); otherwise the full court fee applies. For outdoor courts unusable due to weather, the fee is refunded within 5 working days.
  6. Paid bookings and passes are non-refundable — a properly cancelled booking can only be moved to another available slot.
  7. The club may cancel single and recurring bookings in case of a tournament or other important club event.
  8. VAT invoices are issued within 7 days of purchase, only upon presenting a named fiscal receipt.

5. Recurring bookings & passes

  1. Recurring bookings reserve a specific court at a specific time on a given weekday and require purchasing a pass of at least 10 hours.
  2. Recurring bookings falling on public holidays when the club is closed are released automatically.
  3. All passes are "open" — they allow play on different days and times. Passes are issued for 10 hours in defined time bands; playing in other bands is charged at the applicable rate.
  4. Passes are personal and cannot be used by others, except company passes used by verified employees of the company.
  5. 10-hour passes are valid for 16 weeks; unused passes are neither exchanged nor refunded.

6. Complaints

  1. Complaints, requests and suggestions can be submitted to court staff or by email to biuro@akademiapadla.com.pl.
  2. All complaints are handled within 14 days.
